Status PTX Pressure Transmitters
The Status PTX19 is a high quality 2 wire pressure transmitter providing a 2 wire (4 to 20) mA output over a wide pressure range.  Excellent accuracy and stability in a welded stainless steel housing, oil filled with high accuracy electronics, this enables the product to maintain a very high level of accuracy and temperature stability when used with high temperature processes. Various process connections are available and measurement ranges of any value between 100 mbar to 1000 bar can be ordered.
The Status PTX20 is a high quality level transmitter providing a 2 wire (4 to 20) mA output over a wide pressure range. Excellent accuracy and stability in a welded stainless steel housing, a titanium housing is also. The body of the product is oil filled with high accuracy electronics, a very high level of accuracy and temperature stability when used with high temperature processes. There are open and closed versions to choose from, and also a ballast weight can be specified too. Measurement ranges of any value between 1mH2O to 250mH2O are available.
The PTX21 pressure transmitter is a high accuracy, robust, 2 wire current output pressure sensing devices. Sensing is by a piezoresistive element, oil filled, and enclosed in a welded 316L stainless steel housing. Silicon filling and Viton seals are available as standard, with other options to order.
The Status PTX22 pressure transmitters are high accuracy, robust, 2 wire (4 to 20) mA current output pressure sensing devices used primarily to measure level. They are housed in a welded 316L stainless steel assembly containing an oil filled piezoresistive element. Silicon filling and Viton seals are standard with many other options available to order. The PTX22 is ideal for applications measuring depth and levels in: wells, bore holes, reservoirs, lakes and rivers, waste water and sewerage treatment plants.
The Status PTX23 pressure transmitter is a high accuracy, robust, 2 wire (4 to 20) mA current output pressure sensing device designed to withstand immersion in most aggressive chemicals. It is an assembly containing a piezoresistive element, oil filled and sealed in a PVDF case with a choice of PUR or PTFE cable to any length required.
The PTX23 is ideal for applications measuring depth and levels in aggressive fluids, chemicals, and waste water.
Ranges are to DIN standard (in ratios of 1, 1.6, 2.5, 4, 6,) e.g. 100, 160, 250, 400, 600 mbars and 1, 1.6 bars etc. up to 25 bar with custom calibrations available to all pressure measurement units.
The PTX24 is an accurate 2 wire pressure transmitter providing a (4 to 20) mA output over a wide pressure range. The piezoresistive element provides excellent accuracy and stability in an all welded stainless steel housing. Span and Zero potentiometers are provided for fine adjustment or periodic re-calibration.
The PTX24 is available in a wide range of process connections and can have an optional local display.
